FARGO - The Plains Art Museum is the recipient of the largest contribution by a single donor. Brian Hayer has pledged $3-million to the museum. Hayer is a Fargo native and a museum board member.
The new funding will help with a storage expansion project and to make outdoor improvements like upgrading walkways.
