(Fargo, ND) -- Two people accused of stealing a vehicle and to be in possession of Narcotics are in custody after a chase in the FM metro.

Police say the chase began just before 1 a.m. Tuesday morning in Fargo near Main Avenue and 4th street. Authorities say the chase was later ended due to speed concerns, but Moorhead police found the vehicle abandoned in the 1000 block of 4th avenue south. K9's were called in to assist, and two people hiding in the area were found and arrested, 33-year-old Felix Wallette III, and 33-year-old Krystle Landa.

The two Fargo residents are facing multiple charges. Wallette is charged with Possession of Stolen Property and Fleeing on Foot, while Krystle was arrested for Fleeing on Foot and for an outstanding warrant.

Moorhead Police say the vehicle was stolen and narcotics were found inside. An investigation is still ongoing and additional charges are possible in the case.
