(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo-based High-Risk sex offender has become non-compliant, and his location is currently unknown.
Police say an arrest warrant was issued for 56-year-old Jerry Verl Holmes Sr.. Holmes Sr. is described as weighing 190lbs, and having blue eyes and brown balding hair. Authorities say to NOT approach or confront Holmes if you see him, but to instead call 9-1-1.
Holmes Sr. was convicted in 2010 of the corruption or solicitation of a minor. The female victim was 17-years-old at the time of the offense.
