(UNDERWOOD, MINN) – A 16-year-old male was flown to an area hospital on Thursday after suffering potentially life-threatening injuries in an ATV crash in rural Otter Tail County, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a rural Underwood property, near Norway Lake, reporting a UTV rollover. The 16-year-old male was stuck underneath the machine.
Prior to the rescuers’ arrival on scene, the machine was remove from the teen by bystanders on scene. The male was stabilized by first responders, along with Ringdahl Ambulance, before being taken by life flight.
