Shots fired after Fargo Police officers respond to apartment robbery

(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo Police responded to a report of a robbery involving a weapon at The Arbors apartment complex.

It happened just after 8:30 Tuesday night. 

A man reported to police that he was robbed of money and guns.

While investigating, officers heard 4 to 5 gunshots.

Officers searched the area and did not find any bullet casings, and did not find any victims.

While at the complex, officers arrested 31-year-old Emmanuel Toe in connection with the robbery and for an outstanding warrant.

Two other suspects have not been located.
