(West Fargo, ND) -- The man accused of killing a 16-year-old in West Fargo is charged in a second murder case in Minnesota.
19-year-old Fabian Scott is charged with First-Degree murder in connection with the killing of a 15-year-old boy in Minneapolis in January. Scott is also charged in the death of James More in West Fargo, where authorities say an attempted drug robbery led to the shooting.
A warrant for Scott's arrest and return to Minneapolis has been issued, but authorities say the North Dakota case will be prosecuted first.
