Arrest nets firearm, more than 100 fentanyl pills

(FARGO) -- At approximately 6 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 8, the Red River Valley SWAT Team assisted The Fargo Police Department and The Cass County Drug Task Force with several high-risk, no-knock search warrants at an apartment complex in the 700 block of 23rd St. S. in Fargo.

This collaborative effort resulted in the arrest of Rex Dweh, a 32-year-old Fargo resident, for possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and two outstanding warrants. In addition, one firearm and 134 suspected fentanyl pills were seized. 

The Red River Valley SWAT Team was utilized to ensure the site was safe and secure to allow officers to serve the search warrants.
