(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota Health and Human Services says staff is seeing fewer students being immunized than in past years.

In 2019-2020 the vaccination rates for the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine dropped about three percent from nearly 95-percent vaccinated to 92-percent last year.

Religious and personal belief exemptions both rose in the last two years.

In Minot any student not immunized by October 1st or who isn't working towards being vaccinated or doesn't have an exemption won't be allowed to attend school.
