Update: The man who died is identified as Jon Eric Darling, 61, of Fargo.
(BECKER COUNTY, MN) -- One man is dead following an ATV accident in Becker County on Saturday.
According to the Becker County Sheriff's Office, at just after 5 p.m. Sautrday, deputies received a report of a single ATV colliding with a tree on the Rat Lake Trail, west of County Highway 35 in Becker County. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and performed life saving measures, which were unsuccessful. The lone occupant, an adult male, was pronounced dead on scene. The name of the driver is being withheld pending family notification.
The Becker County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
