Three names finalists for City Administrator in West Fargo

(WEST FARGO) — Three people have been named as finalists for the job of City Administrator for the City of West Fargo. The West Fargo City Commission named the three finalists Monday. They are:

Kelsey Baker, of Benson, Minn., who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Management Communications from North Dakota State University and an Executive Master of Public Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Shawn Kessel of Fargo, who holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary.

Dustin Scott of West Fargo, who holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering from the University of North Dakota. He currently serves as Acting City Administrator for the City of West Fargo.

Baker Tilly was contracted to complete the search for the applications, along with the interview process. The City of West Fargo says 40 applications were received, and nine were considered for the role of City Administrator.
