Fargo man arrested for hitting NDHP squad

FARGO, ND - A Fargo man is facing charges in connection with a hit-and-run involving a State Patrol vehicle. It happened on I-94 near the tri-level at around 8 p.m. Tuesday night.

The State Patrol says a trooper was parked on the highway with emergency lights flashing, providing traffic control for a disabled vehicle, when a car hit the squad and took off. The Trooper managed to get the license plate number of the suspect vehicle. Fargo Police responded to a home where Timothy Rosendahl, 69, was arrested for DUI and Leaving the Scene of a Crash.  No one was hurt.
