Fargo Police release photos of suspect accused of leaving garage fire after vehicle crash

(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo Police are releasing more information about a garage fire suspect, and are asking for the public's help in identifying the individual who left the scene.

The Fargo Police Department released an image on their social media channels showing a suspect involved in a hit and run that let to a garage and apartment fire. The crash happened Sunday afternoon when the driver of the car struck an SUV at the intersection of 9th avenue and 10th street south. The car then hit the garage area of an apartment complex and caught on fire. 

A person inside the apartment building suffered smoke inhalation and the driver of the SUV had minor injuries. The driver of the car fled the scene shortly after the crash. 

Authorities ask to you to contact the Fargo Police Department if you have any information about the suspect.
