(Fargo, ND) -- A West Fargo man accused of killing his wife is claiming his innocence.
Spencer Moen pleaded not guilty to the murder of his wife, Sonja, while in Cass County court earlier today.
Authorities say the victim's body was found bruised and swollen in a home off Eaglewood Avenue West back in August.
Spencer told police his wife had slept in the bathtub the night before she was discovered after the two got into a fight.
Court documents state that some of the victim's injuries were defensive wounds. If convicted of murder, Spencer could face life in prison without parole.
