(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is in custody on Child Pornography charges.
The investigation into 40-year old Justin Stargel began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received tips about child sexual abuse material in a Verizon account holder's cloud storage. Officials found the account was tied to Stargel's phone number. A search warrant was issued for the account, and investigators found photos and videos depicting child sexual abuse.
Stargel was arrested at his home on October 11th. His first court appearance is scheduled for November 22nd.
