Single vehicle crash near Horace leads to arrest for Texas man for DUI and DUI refusal

(Horace, ND) -- A Texas man is in custody after a rollover crash east of Horace.

Authorities say the crash happened Saturday morning when he was traveling southbound on 45th street and lost control, entering the east ditch and striking a mailbox. The male driver then overcorrected according to authorities, crossing into the west ditch and rolling into the yard of a home. North Dakota Highway Patrol deputies arrested the driver at the scene for DUI and DUI refusal.

The crash remains under investigation.
