(West Fargo, ND) -- Several phone lines for West Fargo are temporarily down due to a system wide issue, according to a spokesperson from the city.

The announcement comes from West Fargo's social media channels. Several governmental buildings are currently not able to receive phone calls, like the West Fargo Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works, City Hall, and Public Library. People are still able to contact 9-1-1 for emergencies, and call the Red River Regional Dispatch center for non-emergent calls.

Departments and staff are still able to be contacted by mail or social media if necessary.
