(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is warning the public that a registered, high-risk sex offender has moved to a new location in the city.
46-year-old Allan Joseph Cook has registered a new residence at 825 14th Street, Apartment 2.
In 2002, Cook was convicted of sexual assault after he engaged in sexual acts with three juvenile females, ages 15 to 17.
The conviction occurred in Burleigh County District Court.
Cook is 5'-10" tall, weighs 260 pounds, and has green eyes and brown hair.
