(Fargo, ND) -- The South Strip Mall and Former Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy Buildings in Fargo will likely be demolished soon.
The buildings located along South University are coming down to make was for the $30 million Bloc Apartments, which will also feature commercial space for the first floor. Demolition permits were submitted for both the main south plaza building and pharmacy, though they are still waiting on final approval.
Construction of the Bloc Apartments is expected to be completed by Fall of 2025.
