(Fargo, ND) -- A man faces felony charges after he was arrested for an assault at a Fargo motel.
Police were called to the Motel 6 along 36th Street South, finding a woman who had cuts to her face, a bloody nose, and black eyes.
She told officers that Marco Balganon had been beating her all day, and she was eventually able to escape their room out into a hallway, where another man stepped in and helped her.
Balganon was arrested on two counts of felony domestic violence, and he's being held at the Cass County Jail.
