(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender has registered as homeless in the city.
Jerry Verl Holmes was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
In 2010, Holmes was convicted of corruption of a minor in Williams County District Court.
His victim was a 17-year-old female.
Holmes is 56-years-old, 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds.
He has blue eyes and brown hair.
