Fargo City Commissioners to vote this month on North Broadway Bridge

(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo leaders will make a final decision later this month on what to do with the North Broadway bridge.

Commissioners received an update on the project during yesterday's meeting.

The structure connecting the city to rural Clay County was demolished earlier this year after it shut down three years ago due to safety concerns.

There are four proposals officials are considering, including the cheapest option which is to replace the bridge for about 20-million dollars.

The commission will take up the issue during its next meeting on December 26th.
