(Los Angeles, CA) -- Former North Dakota State star Carson Wentz will start an NFL game for the first time in over a year.
Wentz will be under center for the Los Angeles Rams when they take on the San Francisco 49ers on the road Sunday.
His last start was for the Washington Commanders on New Year's Day 2023.
Wentz led North Dakota State to two straight FCS national championships and was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles with the second pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.
