(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley announced Monday that the investigation into the Fargo Police Officer involved Shooting on July 14th, 2023, is now closed.
Wrigley also informed media outlets a copy of the report on the case compiled by the ND Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is available upon request.
Wrigley also said videos associated with the investigation would be released to the media as well.
WDAY Radio Now has submitted a request for copies of the BCA report, along with a request for access to the videos.
