(Fargo, ND) -- A former Fargo Public Schools trainer and teacher has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a high school student who was taking part in a summer sports program at South High.
Police arrested Levi Tande (36m) last June after a student reported that he inappropriately touched him. Authorities say the student recorded some of the assault on video. Tande faces up to five years in prison.
Tande was a Fargo Public Schools teacher and a Sanford Health affiliated athletic trainer. He resigned in June.
