(Fargo, ND) -- A student from Centennial Elementary School was missing for a short time Tuesday afternoon, after it was discovered the child did not board a school bus for a ride home.
A representative for Fargo Public Schools tells WDAY Radio Now that the school "immediately enacted its protocols when a student is missing".
The school also requested assistance from the police department.
The child was found safe and was reunited with their family in a "timely fashion".
