(West Fargo, ND) -- The trial of a West Fargo man charged with the murder of a teen is now set.
20-year-old Fabian Scott is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in the May 2023 shooting death of James Moore. The trial date is set for May 14th.
Police say a fight between several people led up to the shooting, which happened during an alleged drug deal. Scott also faces charges in the fatal shooting of a teen in Minneapolis.
