(Fargo, ND) -- A high-risk sex offender has slipped the oversight of authorities and can't be located or accounted in Fargo.
Fargo Parole and Probation is looking for David Lilley Junior whose GPS device last pinged in Moorhead.
The device is no longer registering.
Lilley is an American Indian male, 38-years-old, five-foot-eight and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about how to locate David Lilley should call the nearest police department.
