Fargo Church to host gas buy down in local gas station

(Fargo, ND) -- A local church is conducting a gas buy down event at a North Fargo gas station. 

Journey Church is sponsoring the event, with the aim to reduce the price of fuel at the 2921 North Broadway Petro Serve Location by at least $0.50 per gallon. The event is taking place between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the north Fargo location

"We recognize the financial strain that high gas prices can place on individuals and families in our community," says Pastor John Fisher of Journey Church. "Our Gas Buy Down event is a practical way for us to extend a helping hand and demonstrate the love of Christ to our neighbors."
