Taquoya Saldana facing new driving citation following guilty plea connected to deadly DUI crash in West Fargo

(Fargo, ND) -- The West Fargo woman who last week pleaded guilty to charges related to a deadly DUI crash last April, has been cited for another driving infraction.

Taquoya Saldana last week pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of reckless endangerment after originally facing charges of manslaughter and negligent homicide in the death of 31-year-old Fargo resident Thomas Fradet.

Fradet was westbound on Main Avenue and turning onto 17th Street East in West Fargo when Saldana hit his motorcycle at a high rate of speed.

Fradet later died from his injuries.

Saldana will be sentenced May 20th in connection with that incident.

WDAY Radio Now has obtained records which indicate that Saldana was cited this past Monday during a traffic stop in West Fargo.

She was cited with "Child Restraint Devices".
