(West Fargo, ND) -- The West Fargo Police Department has launched a new app that allows locals to submit anonymous tips.
It's called Tip 411, and police say it provides residents with a safe, easy, and secure way to send information to local law enforcement.
The app removes all identifying information before police review the tips, and provides a platform that allows for an anonymous two-way conversation between citizens and police.
