(Fargo, ND) -- A man has been arrested on drunk driving charges following a single-vehicle crash in south Fargo.
Police say it happened early Thursday morning along University Drive South, where the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree. The driver was taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
He's charged with DUI, DUI refusal, having an open alcohol container inside a vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
