Minnesota GOP governor candidate Kendall Qualls picks Brian Nicholson as his running mate

MINNEAPOLIS – Army veteran and Republican candidate for governor announces fellow businessman Brian Nicholson as his lieutenant governor pick.

Both men have never held public office. Qualls describes Nicholson as “part of the silent majority of Minnesotans who are angered and heartbroken to see how far the state of Minnesota has fallen.”

“I’m joining Kendall as his Lieutenant Governor candidate because Minnesotans can’t sit back and wait for change,” Nicholson said. “I’m ready to step up and be the leader that our state needs and unleash the economic engine to help stop so many of our friends, family members and business leaving the state.  I’m proud to stand with Kendall and build a future our kids and grandkids can be proud of.”

“Our campaign is firmly on a fast track to securing the endorsement and winning the primary,” Qualls said. “With Brian’s involvement, our ticket stands in stark contrast to the rest of the field. Two business leaders, from different backgrounds, united by the mission of saving Minnesota. This ticket is built to meet the moment and offer voters a clear contrast to career politicians including Amy Klobuchar, who have no business experience whatsoever.”
