(Quetta, Pakistan) -- At least 20 people are dead after a magnitude five-point-seven earthquake hit southern Pakistan early Thursday.
Authorities said around 300 people were injured and most of the dead are women and children.
The quake was centered around 60 miles east of the city of Quetta, leaving buildings destroyed and hundreds homeless.
