(Bronx, NY) -- A devastating fire in a Bronx apartment is blamed for the deaths of at least 19 people dead, including nine children.
The death toll is expected to rise since at least 13 others have been described as "clinging to life." Authorities say the blaze on Sunday morning in the third floor apartment was caused by a malfunctioning space heater.
Authorities say victims were found on every floor of the 19-story building.
