London) -- British energy giant BP is reporting a huge profit swing on the strength of soaring commodity prices.
BP Tuesday posted a full-year profit of 12-point-eight billion dollars for 2021, after a net loss of five-point-seven billion dollars in 2020.
Global oil demand came back in a big way last year, driving crude oil prices up past 90 dollars a barrel.
