(Monrovia, CA) -- Trader Joe's says a recall is out across five states for its "Crunchy Slaw with Chicken, Crispy Noodles & Peanut Dressing."
The 12-ounce salads were shipped to Trader Joe's stores in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. The packages have use-by dates from March 9th through the 12th. The salad is being recalled because the salad dressing might contain hard plastic.
Trader Joe's said on its website that no "injuries have been reported to date, and all potentially affected product has been removed from sale."
