(New York, NY) -- A man accused of a terrorism attack in New York is expected to enter a plea Thursday.

Frank James will make his first court appearance since being arrested Wednesday, 30 hours after a subway shooting. He's accused of releasing two smoke bombs in a train car and firing 33 times, hitting ten people.

James documented his journey to the state in YouTube videos, from packing up his apartment in Milwaukee to hiring a U-Haul van in Philadelphia.
