(Washington, DC) -- Home prices growth is slowing.

The latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index released Tuesday showed prices jumped just under eight-percent in November. That's down from October's year-over-year growth rate of just over nine-percent.

Miami, Atlanta and Tampa, Florida saw the biggest year-over-year jump in prices.

November marked the fifth-straight month of falling home prices in the U.S.

Last July was the first month to see a month-over-month decrease since February 2012.
