(Fargo, ND) -- Divorce can make filing your taxes more complicated than you might be used to.
If you are divorced, you might be wondering if both you and your ex can claim head of household on your taxes.
William Hesch with Hesch Law in Cincinnati says you cannot do it with the same child, but you can with two or more if you divide the designation.
He says his ex claimed both and he couldn't claim anything.
