(Stamford, CT) -- WWE is being sold to the company that owns the UFC.
The deal with Endeavor Group will see the two combat-sports companies combine into one at a value over 21-billion-dollars.
Vince McMahon will keep his current title of executive chairman of WWE at the new company, which doesn't have a name yet.
This comes after McMahon was forced to retire as CEO last year when reports came out regarding a hush money and sexual harassment scandal.
