Former President Trump is set to deliver remarks from his Florida estate.. He arrived home a short time ago following his arraignment in New York. Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy.
Democratic DA Alvin Bragg is charging Trump with dozens of criminal counts related to alleged illegal hush money payments to kill negative information before the 2016 election. Bragg said Trump made false statements regarding these payments.
The Trump campaign, however is capitalizing on the former president's arrest in Manhattan. A fundraising email from Trump's 2024 campaign is advertising a t-shirt with a fake mug shot of former President Trump. The photo has the phrase "NOT GUILTY" below it.
