(Washington, DC) -- Confidence among builders is growing.
The home builder sentiment report is on the rise for the fourth straight month.
The National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index ticked up a point to 45 in April. However, anything below 50 is considered to be negative.
The reading is the highest since September as the supply of existing homes remains low.
