(Atlanta, GA) -- A new study shows Delta Airlines is dropping in customer satisfaction levels.

Research from the American Customer Satisfaction Index found that while overall airline perception as gone up by a percentage point, the Atlanta-base carrier saw its customer satisfaction score dip by one point to 76 out of 100.

JetBlue also saw a decline in customer satisfaction.

Experts say part of the reason could be Delta's high fares.
