(New York, NY) -- Former President Trump is suing E. Jean Carroll for defamation after a jury found he abused and defamed the former magazine columnist.
He filed a counter claim last night alleging Carroll defamed him appearing on CNN after she was awarded 5-million-dollars in damages.
When asked about the verdict finding Trump didn't rape her, she said "Oh, yes he did."
Carroll's attorney responded to it in a statement, saying Trump's argument is "contrary to both logic and fact."
