(STATEWIDE) -- Another big name endorsement is in as North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum continues his campaign for the Republican nomination for President in the 2024 election cycle.
Actor, and Minot native, Josh Duhamel posted an image to his Instagram account Wednesday, endorsing Burgum.
"I don't normally get involved in politics, but Governor Burgum has become a good friend over the years and I can't think of anyone better than him to be our President," Duhamel captioned on the photo. "True man of the people. All the people. Take a look."
Duhamel was wearing a cowboy hat and t-shirt, which read "Doug Burgum For America 24."
Burgum announced on Thursday that he will be in Merrimack, New Hampshire, taking part in the Fourth of July celebration. He will attend a parade there.
