(New York, NY) -- Former President Trump will be the final defense witness in the New York civil fraud trial against the Trump Organization, the former president, and his adult sons.
Trump attorney Chris Kise saying Trump will testify on December 11th, and that Donald Trump Junior will testify again December 6th. Both made combative appearances during the state's portion of the case; their new appearances will be as defense witnesses.
Separately, Trump's team argued he was not responsible for the deluge of threats against the trial's judge and his clerk, in an appeals court filing to have the limited gag-order against Trump in the case removed.
