(Washington, DC)  --  A former bookkeeper for the Biden family has told a House Oversight Committee that he never saw any evidence of wrongdoing by Joe Biden.

The Republican-led committee is leading an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, and on Tuesday they brought in Eric Schwerin, who acted as a financial advisor to Biden while he was Vice President. Schwerin had access to Biden's bank records. He told the committee in his opening statement that he was "not aware of any financial transactions or compensation" Biden received that was "related to business conducted by any of his family members or their associates."
