FARGO, N.D. – A local educational institution has a new leader.
Capstone Classical Academy, of Fargo, has announced Doctor William Rutherford will succeed Paul Fisher as the headmaster at the Academy, beginning later this summer.
“I am honored to be chosen for this position,” said Dr. Rutherford. “In its short history, Mr. Fisher, teachers, staff, board, and school founders have laid a tremendous foundation, and Capstone is becoming a leader in classical Christian education. I look forward to building on this work and leading the school into its next season of growth, including its first graduating class.”
He comes to Fargo from Jackson Hole Classical Academy in Wyoming, a private K-12 classical Christian school. He’ll take the headmaster role on June 1 as Fisher leaves to relocate closer to family.
Fisher was hired as Capstone’s headmaster in the fall of 2021.
