NORTH DAKOTA – Eleven counties in North Dakota are under a no travel advisory.
The state’s Department of Transportation reports slippery and icy roads, reduced visibility and areas of near zero visibility in the Valley City, Cooperstown, Grand Forks Cavalier, Williston and Watford City areas.
