WDAY RADIO — One person was hospitalized after a UTV rollover in LaMoure County.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened in a field southwest of Kathryn. The driver, 30-year-old Clay Hatlewick, is accused of losing control of the vehicle and rolling it. Both Hatlewick and his passenger, 36-year-old Tiffany Winson, were injured, but only the passenger was hospitalized.
The driver faces DUI and a Criminal Vehicle Injury Charge.
